Tenant content rules
Last updated 17 October 2026
A tenant is an organisation – for example a lender, adviser group, supplier or NZMAI – that publishes courses and other learning content on CourseCademy and manages its own learners. Each tenant admin agrees to these rules on behalf of their tenant.
- No offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, defamatory or unlawful content.
- The tenant owns, or has the rights to use, everything it uploads or publishes.
- No information about real clients or other identifiable people (use made-up examples).
- Training is general education, not financial advice, and must not be presented as advice.
- CourseCademy checks content before it goes live, may hold it for review, and may take down any content or suspend a tenant.
How content is checked
Every course, lesson, document, image, knowledge file, tenant description and logo a tenant publishes or uploads is checked automatically before it goes live. Clean content goes live straight away. Anything flagged is held as "Waiting for review" until the CourseCademy team approves it or not, and the tenant's admins are emailed the decision.
CourseCademy may take down any tenant content at any time, or suspend a tenant, and records every check, decision and takedown.
